Belize Cacao Paste - 6 Day Fermented

The Belize Cacao is our precious cacao paste from the oceanside Toledo region. It is grown on family farms and co-op organized.  This is where Sedona locals connect and purchase this six day ferment. It is ground in Sedona for 48 hours and left raw to maintain the abundant digestive enzymes and antioxidants inherent in raw cacao.

Its character is pungent, ripe, sour, floral and green. Do not expect your average cacao. Expect a deep rich medicinal experience. 

For a thick cup serve two parts water to one part cacao, stirred only on the lowest heat.
