Raw Cacao Powder

Our two-day fermented Ecuadorian beans blended first to a paste and then squeezed through a press to remove the butter content. What remains is a powder with no anti-caking agents or alkalization process but all the power packed nutrients. Again, close to the heart. Stir into coffee. Bake rich cakes and muffins. Play!
